The Vietnamese Kitchen is the home of London's most exciting Vietnamese restaurants Cay Tre in Soho, Cay Tre and the Viet Grill in Shoreditch and our Banh Mi deli Keu! also in Shoreditch.

We pride ourselves in offering you an authentic taste of Vietnam using well-sourced ingredients from the British Isles whenever possible. Our menus reflect both old and modern day Vietnam – we represent all that is new and exciting about the cuisine from my native country to bring you the unique light, and healthy aromatic flavours of magical Vietnam.

Our menus feature classic dishes from Vietnamese street food such as the classic Pho soup to fragrant noodle bowls traditionally eaten by workers in the rice fields along with curries, and grills and clay pot cooking.
